粽香四溢话端午 中外融情聚博雅——博雅国际学院举办外籍教师座谈会暨端午慰问活动
2025年5月30日下午，重庆外语外事学院渝北校区博雅国际学院会议室内粽叶飘香、欢声笑语。在端午佳节即将到来之际，博雅国际学院特别举办了“外籍教师座谈会暨端午节慰问活动”。常务副院长邹明、国际合作与交流处副处长杨艳丽与全体外籍教师齐聚一堂，共话教育发展，共庆传统佳节。会议由外事专员陈英主持。
Chongqing, May 30, 2025 – The conference room of Boya International College at Chongqing Institute of Foreign Studies was filled with the aroma of zongzi and cheerful laughter as the college hosted a special "International Faculty Forum & Dragon Boat Festival Appreciation" ahead of the traditional Chinese festival. Executive Vice Dean Zou Ming, Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Yang Yanli, and all foreign faculty members gathered to discuss educational development and celebrate the holiday together. The event was hosted by Chen Ying, international affairs officer.
副处长杨艳丽在致辞中表示：“外籍教师是学校最珍贵的‘国际名片’，你们用专业知识点亮课堂，以跨文化视角为学生打开认识世界的窗口。”她强调，学校将构建“工作—生活—发展”三位一体的全方位保障体系，并通过优化薪酬制度、完善成长通道等举措，为外籍教师打造更优质的职业发展生态链。
In her opening remarks, Deputy Director Yang Yanli expressed, "Our foreign faculty members are the college’s most valuable 'international ambassadors.' With your expertise, you illuminate the classroom, and through your cross-cultural perspectives, you open windows for students to understand the world." She emphasized that the university will establish a comprehensive support system integrating "work-life-development" and further enhance career development opportunities through measures such as salary optimization and professional growth pathways.
常务副院长邹明在座谈中谈到：“在推进教育国际化的征程中，外籍教师发挥着不可替代的作用。从语言教学到科研合作再到文化交流，你们为学校注入了鲜活的国际元素。”他特别强调，学校将持续打造“国际教师之家”，让外籍教师“留得安心、教得舒心、发展顺心”。随后，他代表学校向全体外籍教师致以节日的诚挚祝福。
Executive Vice Dean Zou Ming remarked during the Forum, "Foreign faculty play an indispensable role in advancing our college’s internationalization. From language teaching to research collaboration and cultural exchange, you bring vibrant global perspectives to our campus." He stressed our college's commitment to building a "Home for International Faculty"—ensuring that foreign teachers "feel secure in staying, fulfilled in teaching, and confident in growing." He then extended heartfelt festival wishes on behalf of the college.
在自由交流环节，外籍教师们积极分享教学心得，并围绕课程建设、科研合作等方面提出了许多富有建设性的建议。活动接近尾声时，学院领导为外籍教师们送上了精心准备的中国传统美食——粽子。最后，全体人员在粽香中合影留念，定格下这一温馨友好的美好瞬间。
During the open discussion, foreign faculty members enthusiastically shared teaching experiences and offered constructive suggestions on curriculum development and research collaboration. As the event drew to a close, college leaders presented the guests with carefully prepared traditional zongzi, a symbolic Dragon Boat Festival delicacy. The gathering concluded with a group photo, capturing the warm and friendly atmosphere.
此次座谈会以传统佳节为契机，不仅传递了学校的关怀之情，更深化了中外教育工作者之间的理解与友谊。未来，学校将持续完善外籍教师服务机制，通过“情感留人、事业育人”的双轮驱动，让多元文化在校园内交相辉映，为培养具有国际视野的高素质人才注入新动能。
