6月23日，博雅学院在渝北校区会议室顺利举行教学咖啡屋03期暨中外教联合教研会。会议由郭晓宇老师主持，学院全体专任中外籍教师围绕本学期教学工作总结、教案规范及期末考务安排等内容展开深入交流。

On June 23, Boyaa College successfully convened the 3rd Teaching Café and Sino-Foreign Faculty Joint Seminar in the conference room of Yubei Campus. Chaired by Miss. Guo Xiaoyu, the event brought together all full-time Chinese and international faculty members for in-depth discussions on semester-end teaching reviews, lesson plan standardization, and examination arrangements.

Representing the International Curriculum Office, Miss. Guo Xiaoyu comprehensively reviewed this semester's international faculty contributions, highlighting their dedicated efforts. She showcased key initiatives such as one-on-one tutoring, oral exam coordination, and teaching experience sharing sessions, while presenting exemplary lesson plans to inspire pedagogical innovation.

罗进主任重点讲解了期末材料收集和教案撰写规范。她明确了教案、教学总结等材料的提交要求，强调电子与纸质版同步归档的重要性。在教案撰写方面，她结合优秀案例解析了教学目标、方法设计等要素，帮助新教师快速掌握规范化教学文档的撰写技巧。

Director Luo Jin emphasized standardized procedures for compiling semester-end materials and crafting lesson plans. She outlined submission requirements for teaching portfolios and reports, stressing the importance of synchronized digital and physical archiving. Using model cases, she demonstrated how to articulate teaching objectives and methodology design, equipping new faculty with essential documentation skills.

王林曦老师详细说明了期末考务材料提交，包括线上成绩录入、考务材料收集等环节的时间节点和材料提交规范。针对下学期教学，她介绍了优化后的课程分工方案，确保教学任务合理分配。同时明确了教学日历等准备工作要求，保障学期衔接顺畅。教学服务中心将持续为教师提供支持，共同提升教学质量。

Miss. Wang Linxi detailed protocols for submitting assessment materials, including online grade entry deadlines and proctoring documentation specifications. For the upcoming semester, she presented an optimized course assignment framework to ensure balanced teaching loads, along with preparatory timelines for academic calendars to guarantee smooth semester transitions. The Teaching Service Center pledged ongoing support to enhance educational quality collectively.
