启新程，筑桥梁｜博雅国际学院外籍教师教研会顺利召开

9月4日下午，博雅国际学院国际课程教研室在渝北校区会议室召开新学期第一次教研会议。会议由国际课程教研室主任郭晓宇主持，博雅国际学院全体外籍教师参会。

On the afternoon of September 4th, the International Curriculum Office of Boya International College held the first teaching and research meeting of the new semester in the conference room of the Yubei Campus. The meeting was presided over by Guo Xiaoyu, Director of the International Curriculum Office, and all foreign teachers of Boya International College attended the meeting.

会议首先围绕新学期课程安排、学院近期重点工作展开说明，帮助外籍教师全面了解工作计划，确保本学期教学工作高效推进。本学期，国际课程教研室在完成常规备课与授课任务的基础上，将进一步升级外教一对一辅导体系，扩大辅导覆盖面，让更多学生受益。此外，教研室还将积极打造多元化的第二课堂活动，为学生创造更多与外教交流的机会，拓展国际视野，搭建跨文化沟通平台。

The meeting first elaborated on the new semester's course arrangements and the college's recent key work, helping foreign teachers fully understand the work plan to ensure the efficient progress of teaching work this semester. This semester, on the basis of completing regular lesson preparation and teaching tasks, the International Curriculum Teaching and Research Office will further upgrade the one-on-one tutoring system for foreign teachers, expand the coverage of tutoring, and benefit more students. In addition, the office will actively create diversified second classroom activities to provide students with more opportunities to communicate with foreign teachers, broaden their international horizons, and build a cross-cultural communication platform.

会上，外籍教师们踊跃发言，就如何提升一对一辅导质量、丰富第二课堂活动形式提出了宝贵建议。来自英国的老师叶珍贞提议建立"学生辅导反馈系统"，实时跟踪辅导效果；美国籍教师飞狼建议增设"文化实践日"，让学生通过美食、音乐等媒介深入理解各国文化。这些建议均被教研室纳入新学期行动计划。

At the meeting, foreign teachers actively spoke up and put forward valuable suggestions on how to improve the quality of one-on-one tutoring and enrich the forms of second classroom activities. Teacher Abi from the UK proposed establishing a "student tutoring feedback system" to track tutoring effects in real time; American teacher Phelan suggested adding a "Cultural Practice Day" to allow students to deeply understand various cultures through media such as food and music. These suggestions were all incorporated into the new semester action plan by the teaching and research office.

会议最后，郭晓宇主任强调，外籍教师需严格遵守学校教学管理规定，包括课前备课、课堂纪律及成绩评估等环节。学院将进一步完善外教支持服务，提供跨文化教学培训，帮助外教更好地融入本地教学环境。同时，学院期待外教积极参与院校活动，共同推动国际化校园文化建设。

At the end of the meeting, Director Guo Xiaoyu emphasized that foreign teachers must strictly abide by the school's teaching management regulations, including pre-class preparation, classroom discipline, and performance evaluation. The college will further improve support services for foreign teachers, provide cross-cultural teaching training, and help foreign teachers better integrate into the local teaching environment. At the same time, the college expects foreign teachers to actively participate in college activities and jointly promote the construction of an international campus culture.

本次会议不仅明确了新学期的教学方向，更通过创新举措与务实讨论，展现了博雅国际学院推动国际化教育的决心。未来，学院将继续深化教学改革，为师生打造更优质的跨文化交流平台。
